Trip Journal: Day Fourteen: Tuesday, May 9, 2004

Horley/Gatwick England (UK); Orlando, Florida USA

We had breakfast at the guest house.  They had a wonderful English breakfast – served buffet-style.  They had sausage, eggs, baked beans, broiled tomatoes, and something called “English toast”, which is actually deep-fried.  Everything was great!

Next it was back on the shuttle minibus and off to Gatwick airport.  We took off for a direct flight to Orlando, Florida USA.  The trip seemed especially long as we were eager to be home again.

And now the rest of the cow horn story – US Customs was not too happy with the cow horn – it was stinking up Pastor Robin’s entire suitcase – so it was confiscated.

We stood around together in baggage claim in Orlando, and then went our separate ways, with thoughts, memories, photographs, and continuing prayers for the people of Mashonga.
