| PATTAYA, THAILAND 2006 MISSION TRIP |

In March 2006, Jennifer traveled with a team from Calvary Assembly of God in Orlando, Florida for over 30 hours, halfway around the world, to Pattaya, Thailand.
Pattaya is a beautiful, tropical city in the world's eyes. However, there are more than 20,000 prostitutes in that city alone.
We worked with two local ministries which are affiliated with YWAM. The Tamar Center (Pattaya Outreach) provides English classes and alternative work skills for women, many of whom have only known prostitution as their provision.
The Pattaya Full Gospel Church ministers to people living in many of the fifteen slum areas surrounding Pattaya.
Hearts were touched by the love of God everywhere we went. (Jeremiah 31:3)
In the slums, food was provided and people came forward to get saved. In the bars and at the banquet, women's hearts were changed as the Holy Spirit drew them to an unknown God. Thailand is becoming beautiful in the Spirit! |
